Chgpf hanging after 6.1 OS installed

One of our customers just put V6R1 on over the weekend and there were not
any problems. They put the current cumulative PTFs on also.

But when I do a CHGPF, it just hangs. I will not finish. The job log does
not show anything abnormal happening.

Searching the internet, I found some HYPER PTFs that we installed that
referred to CHGPF hanging up, but they did not make any difference. I did
not find anything relevant searching this archive.
