The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

While I was typing that last message, I was also on the phone with IBM.
A support representative talked me through bringing up DST from control
panel option 21 on the physical control panel, and enabling SST access
to devices.
It turns out that the auto-created device for my new connection had the
control panel disabled; it was easy enough to re-enable it.
Problem solved.
