I would upgrade the 800 to V5R4M5 first, or better yet, 6.1.1. Any
machine that can run V5R4 can run V5R4M5 - see the bottom of the url
above.

See if you can get your BP to supply you with the steps needed to upgrade.
Closest link I could find was

and it's a lot of "see your BP". Unless you are starting out with a new
system.
