Don't think so. Check out the text for CPF4244.
Can the actual printing be done by a different job running under a
different user? By using the USER parameter of SBMJOB (maybe with an
adopted authority program) or by data queuing?

Subject: not allow a user to delete a spool file they created in a
certain output queue
Sent by: midrange-l-bounces@xxxxxxxxxxxx
I have a process that ovrprtf outq(elect) for certain reports a user can
run. I have a data queue attached to the output queue that processes the
spool file. The problem I am having is that the users can delete the spool
file before the process is done.
Is there a way of stopping a user from deleting a spool file located in
that
output queue? They will still be the owner of the spooled file.
