Not to nitpick, but I find that hard to believe. R2 perhaps, but V2?

was in V1R1M0 of CPF :)
Yes. I knew V8 didn't sound right, but couldn't recall the nomenclature for
CPF versions ... er, releases. Thank you for that clarification.
On the timing: I seem to recall that I needed that on my first S/38 project,
and it was not there. It was added very soon thereafter. Or I had missed
it originally (a possibility).
