Yeah, by the time I found a reasonable room for one COMMON in Chicago it
had a little round hole in the window and an odd stain on the carpet. The
cars on the back side of the block that still had windows left had
stickers on them to be towed.

Make it once a year and put it in Chicago where COMMON is located. Anyone
can reach Chicago from anywhere. It's CST, so it's easier to get to each
coast in a timely fashion. Chicago is a cool city with lots to do.
