Lukas,

Why would you not just add the disk to the RAID set and let it balance? It
is, after all, a fresh server with not a lot of DASD used yet.

machine to DST and reconfigure the RAID array.

As far as i know, its better if you break the entire array and rebuild
it with 4 instead of just adding the 4th disk, but i'm not sure if
this is still the case.
