Looked at my package. It has feature code 0002 (with hardware) and is dated 2007. I just checked with our CFO; we bought the 520's in 2004, and there is nothing in F/A regarding the XML Toolkit (and she logs *everything*). Maybe our BP lied to IBM, but anyway he seems to have gotten it for me N/C.

Found this:
http://www.ibm.com/common/ssi/rep_ca/7/897/ENUS206-107/ENUS206-107.PDF

XML Toolkit for IBM System i5

Charge features

Initial Order

FlatFee
Basic
5733-XT2 OTC

XML Toolkit SW-only 0001 $250
XML Toolkit with HDW 0002 0

http://www.ibm.com/common/ssi/rep_ca/3/897/ENUS908-213/ENUS908-213.PDF
Mentions the feature # being removed but says the programs are still available.

So looks like $250 i guess....

I've asked our admins to find out from our BP....but I'm tired of
waiting for an answer :)

If you can confirm that an 810 (SStar) and a 825 (POWER4) running v5r4
supports 5733XT2, that'd be awesome.  (I found an older article that
said POWER5 hardware was required)

As a fall back in case XT2 isn't supported on the older hardware, a
price for 5733XT1 would be nice.

You'd have my gratitude and a promise to buy a couple of rounds if
you're ever in the Cincinatti area or we meet at a conference. :)

Thanks!
