Honestly I'm not much on the finance end, but how hard is it to encourage
leasing instead of buying? Any maybe the rules are all different where
you live. Here, it's much easier to get management to ok rolling the
lease over on to new hardware when you can either reduce the monthly lease
because of reduced hardware maintenance or if the lease does go up, it's
easier to say x dollars per month than it is to say "the new hardware will
cost you 6 figures...".

Reduction of assets increases ROA, right?
