Can someone tell me how the library list is established when this job is
initiated(maintained). There is a library in 1 of the jobs that I need
to delete and I cannot find where the library is being added to library
list.

The library list of QUSER is *SYSVAL and the system values do not
contain the library, the initial library list of QZBSJOBD is *NONE.
