Yeah, effective Friday if you call our 800 number or our other numbers and
you don't know the extension of the person you are dialing, or the
spelling of their name, you're just plain SOL. There is no receptionist.
And everyone else is tired of handling the phone calls. Of course,
nothing stops you from selecting "Sales" and asking for Fred in shipping
at plant such and such. But most people will probably feign ignorance as
to how to look someone up in the corporate directory.

Most people who have a phone have a DID number also.

We don't sell to the little old lady who is still using her black rotary
phone from 1943.
