I suspect not, due to IPL's that are involved.

You "might" come up with a "silent install" but that's
going to take some doing.

A weekly PTF install also sounds pretty excessive,
given that cume tapes only come out on a quarterly
basis as I recall.
(I could be wrong about time frame)

BIG difference to make changes to a complex OS
and Windows.
