Re: Remove duplicate records

The mess escalated from just being an embarrassment to me to a formal request to remove the duplicates. The frustrating thing is since I have arrived at work today, seven hours ago, I have barely had twenty minutes to do anything. I guess that beats being unemployed. But, kind of hard to get anything accomplished with constant changing of focus.

Seems reasonable, but an SQL statement can probably perform the

to someone who might then be able to suggest some simple SQL DELETE
statement. However without that information, there were likely to
be postings suggesting solutions that were of no help because of
mis-inference about the what and how of the files & data involved,
and\or hesitation to post for lack of necessary detail to be sure
any response would be worthwhile. For example was my inference of
what the files & data correct? I bet not, but what I presented did
not seem to me, to contradict any of the given text. And in this
post there is now mention of MFLF versus JLF.? No matter, I was
just trying to suggest [what IMO is] a better way to present the
problem.
