Ok, for the archives, changing the subnet mask to 255.255.255.255
corrected the issue.

address would provide two options 1) IP Address or 2) IP address
range, along with a subnet mask field then default to IP address along

Nothing in the online help mentions that the subnet mask has any
effect for a single IP address.

IMHO, the subnet mask field should be output only and would
automatically be filled with either 255.255.255.255 when add a single
address or an appropriate mask for the range you've entered.

The specific IP address to route to the custom subsystem were entered
as individual IPs.

The subnet mask was left at the default of 255.255.255.0, does that
need to be 255.255.255.255?
