I think you got it. This is an email I got a while back from one of our
customers:
"No, not really, turns out the setup page at the end where it asks for the
subnet of the specific client it doesn't want the subnet of the server but
the mask of what to look at. So putting 255.255.255.0 it was bringing in
everything with those first 3 numbers of the octet and putting
255.255.255.255 makes it take that one address only."

The specific IP address to route to the custom subsystem were entered
as individual IPs.
The subnet mask was left at the default of 255.255.255.0, does that
need to be 255.255.255.255?
