There is a product that works with stream files to check for virus. By
http://bytware.com/ I don't think a save file would qualify.
What's your script look like? Tried this on my machine (6.1):

SYSCMD CLRSAVF FILE(ROB/ROB)
GET ROB/ROB ROB/ROB
SYSCMD RSTOBJ *ALL DOM85 DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(ROB/ROB)
QUIT

and got
Member ROB in file ROB in library ROB already exists.
Specify REPLACE as a subcommand option.

So I changed it to:
SYSCMD CLRSAVF FILE(ROB/ROB)
GET ROB/ROB ROB/ROB (REPLACE
SYSCMD RSTOBJ *ALL DOM85 DEV(*SAVF) SAVF(ROB/ROB)
QUIT

and got
426-Member ROB in file ROB in library ROB not found.

DSPSAVF on remote system shows objects. Clear on the system on the system
doing the get.
