OPNQRYF, Query/400, QQQQry API all go down CQE unconditionally.

There have been no rumors IBM will change that, but it's within the realm of
possibility.

Speaking of legacy applications, what about those that make heavy use of
the OPNQRYF command?

Does OPNQRYF use or take advantage of any of the new features of the new
improved SQE or does it always go to the original CQE?
