Where can I find information on the FAILED TO VERIFY LINK CONNECTION
I'm thinking it is related to IP address not being defined to our
firewall that's causing the problem. Can you confirm this?

If a firewall is in place between the HMC and the Internet, it must
allow outgoing TCP/IP connections on port 443 from the Hardware
Management Console to your service provider. The IP addresses you must
allow depends on the protocol you chose on the Protocol to Internet tab.

If IPv4 (or IPv6 and IPv4) is selected, you must allow access to: and (allow Hardware Management Console
access to System Authentication Server (SAS)) and (allow Hardware Management Console
access to IBM Service for North or South America) and (allow Hardware Management Console
access to IBM Service for all other regions) Note: You only need to
specify the IP addresses necessary to setup access to SAS and those
appropriate for your region.
