One place to find and example is the PTF coverletter data base:
http://www-912.ibm.com/a_dir/as4ptf.nsf/as4ptfhome

I found example by searching for "SRC" and "SRC word 1", the second using the exact match drop down.

Example from PTF MF45978:
LIC-OTHER-SRCB6000105-UNPRED SYSTEM CRASHED WITH SRCB6000105

Failing SRC word 1: B6000105
word 2: 0D201061
word 3: B6000302
word 4: B6000302
word 5: FFFFFFFF
word 6: F5730820
word 7: FFFFFFFF
word 8: F5730820
word 9: 00000000

I am updating my operations course on IBM i problem handling for IBM i 6.1 and Power systems.
One of the things I have the students do is look for a System Reference Code. I use a LAN-console screen to simulate the process of displaying the data.

From what I can tell from the info center, IBM wants the customer to record all data for control panel functions 11 through 20. Does anyone have actual data from a belly-up situation?

Thanks,

Bill
