The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.
If you know of an easy to use, open source, search engine ... please contact support@midrange.com.
Thanks for the idea. I've already checked that document and it doesn't
give any information on the layout of the sort specs.
Thanks for trying.

Subject: System/36 Sort Reference manual
Does anyone know where I can download the old System/36 Sort Reference
manual? I've searched IBM.com, etc. and no soap. I am converting a
bunch
of old System/36 code (RPG II, OCL, #GSORT) and I remember the basics of
the sort specs but there are a few columns that I'm drawing a blank on.
I've got the AS/400 Sort User's Guide and Reference, which helps some,
but
there were columns used on the 36 that have been eliminated.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
