Make sure you have downloaded the right install package.

As I recall the PTFFORM.exe is to be applied to only to the directory that contains the install files.

You need to use the SIxxxxxx.exe to update the previously installed software.

there is a file readmesp.txt that explains it all.

Service pack install wizard cannot be used over a Windows Installer

base. Get updates vie the Windows Installer preview website.

Any ideas what the heck this means?
