IBM DB2 UDB for iSeries IBMDA400 DB Provider

OK, I have a client looking at a SW package that says they need "IBM DB2
UDB for iSeries IBMDA400 DB Provider". Per the doc it loads on the SQL
Server and then they create a linked server. I'm getting answers from
IBM anywhere from 'it's part of iSeries Access for Windows" to press the
spend money key for $80K

I know someone on the list should know what tis is and where to get it...

Thanks
