Rogers,
I always use DVD-RAM 4.7GB 2 Sided. I have used Maxwell and have
had no problem. Make sure you don't get the ones enclosed in the standalone
case. These are just media with no case surrounding the media.
You can use this for backing up CCD or Upgrade Data. ALWAYS, and I
can't say it enough, ALWAYS backup your Upgrade data to external DVD media
before you upgrade your HMC, and you only do the backup upgrade data right
before an upgrade.
