use iSeries Navigator to Generate an SQL Script.
Position onto the stored procedure, right click and generate SQL.
You can specify if you want to get an SQL Script or if you want to store
your source code into a source physical file member.
If you generate an SQL script, modify the source code and rerun the script.
You even can choose if you want drop statements (which delete the database
objects) to be created.
If you store the source code into an source physical file member, open this
member, modify the code and save the member. After execute the statements
within this member with RUNSQLSTM.

Betreff: How to modify a stored procedure
Hi,
I just created my first stored procedure from iNav. Ran it from a
greenscreen interactive SQL session. It does a simple update which I now
want to modify. I can't see how to do that without rewriting the whole
procedure.
I've tried generating the SQL from the procedure, but then what? Tried
copying that into the greenscreen session but couldn't figure out all the
syntax problems.
How do I modify the procedure with iNav?
Thanks.
