Sorry to have opened a flood on the list.
Don't need any more suggestions.
Customer has a requirement to get (if possible)
real names, SS#'s, etc for medical claims.
New laws (Section 111 Reporting) from Medicare require
transmit of info to Medicare, with hefty penalties for
sending "bad info". I made up a list (more than what's
below) but was looking for a more "standard" list.
Medicare has their own edits, that are more about length
and special characters.
We are just trying to weed out the problems, and in this case,
customers file the initial reports via web, so we want some
better editing.

Googled for a list but mostly found name generators...
Anyone have a more complete list to share.
