is this scenario possible?

LF mylibB/myfileL1 built over mylibA/myfilePF on systemA

myfilePF exists _only_ in mylibC on systemB

save logical mylibB/myfileL1 from systemA

restore logical anywhere to systemB and have it attach to physical
mylibC/myfilePF

I set up a test scenario to do this on a single system, after saving
the logical file, I renamed the physical's library (mylibA to mylibC)
and tried to restore directly to that new library and it said:

Cannot find object needed for file MYFILEL1 in MYLIBC.
