Failure to add a user to a directory

System: V5R4M5

When using wrkdire to add a user to a local or remote directory, it fails
with regards to qaokl03a, when doing F1 and F10 to get all errors in the
command i get:
CPF5129
MCH1803
CPF9846
CPI9AA5

I will get more info since its not my system, but maybe the object is
broken? There hasnt been a PTF upgrade in years (as a matter of fact i just
installed the Acum plus everything else in a dev partition in another
machine).

Any more info you could need?
