RE: CPYFRMSTMF, adopted authority and QSYGETPH

Hi,

There are 2 PTFs coming out soon, one for V6R1 & one for V5R4 that address
the use of CPYxxxIMPF in an SQL CLI environment. I don't know whether these
may help with CPYxxxSTMF and Net.Data.

It is indeed at least the third time these CPY...STMF commands are
causing trouble. First the handling of backslashes was changed, then the
commands were changed to use SQL CLI, making them impossible to use in
programs called through Net.Data, and now the security requirements have
changed. Yikes.
