Amen brother! Learned that the hard way. Former boss here had me review
a contract. Small print said "no source". Boss, "Aw, they've always
given us that." After the arrival (with no source) the boss had to spend
a bit of time on the phone with them getting that ironed out. I don't
expect 100%. I can allow for a half dozen or so small items used to
verify licensing.
