Rex,

See [1]www.bvstools.com/docs/mailtool/faq.html in the section on
attachment splitting. There is a solution depending upon your OS level.

Here's the info from the page:
When I send an email, my attachment is split up into more than one file
and is currupted. How do I fix this? For pre

V4R3, create a data area QUSRSYS/QTMSNOSPLT. This will turn off message
splitting. In V4R4 and up, the CHGPOPA command supports a *NOMAX value for
the MSGSPLIT parameter. Once you have made this change, stop and restart
your SMTP server.

Any other questions, just ask. Thanks!

Hi Everybody,

I'm trying to do SNDDST of documents (mostly Spooled Files converted to PDFs
using SPLTOOL). The problem I'm having is that multiple EMAILs are created
in MIME (with garbled text) if the document is more than 130KB. I don't
have any problem if it is less than 130KB (I get the email with message and
attachment of the PDF document).

I moved/copied the document (with more than 130kb) from folder to IFS and
got no problem reading it in PDF. I tried to create the PDF in IFS (spool 2
stmf), moved/copied it as document to folder, and had the same problem when
doing SNDDST.

And SNDDST is not supporting IFS.

Your help is appreciated.

Rex
