The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Normally it's done one of two ways.
1 - Search for JDBC and use a JDBC connection to transfer data. Craig
Pelkie wrote an article in the July/August 2005 Volume 8, Number 4 edition
of iSeries 400 Experts Journal entitled "Using Java to access Microsoft
SQL Server from RPG".
2 - Use the SPENDMONEY command and buy one of the tools who should be
offering their solutions on the list any second now...
(Vendors - I have no problem with that and did not mean to infer that I
do.)
Other options are more cryptic and may involve something like exporting
your DB2 files to stream files (like tab delimited) and them attempting to
import those into SQL Server. I would think the loss of column
definitions etc would be less than desirable.
