The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

I'm really using it. Test driven development isn't big in our
environment for a variety of reasons, not the least of which is that the
vast majority of our test data is an intricate web of interlocking
database records. Setting them all up is a major commitment in time.
Sure, you can always call various subprocedures with hard coded assert()
functions, but it doesn't really test the full decision tree. Of
course, that's a problem even with hard coded parameters...
