Can also have VALUE of "FILE" or "FILEAPPEND" in addition to
"NONE" for environment variable QIBM_QSH_CMD_OUTPUT

in the format:

FILE=pathname (refreshes the file )

or FILEAPPEND= pathname (appends to the file)

where pathname is the folder path to an IFS file to which STDOUT is
redirected

I normally use FILE/FILEAPPEND in preference to NONE because there's the
option of viewing the output at a later date if required.
