I think the QZLSFILE job comes up once there is a share; the QZLSSERVER (?)
job may have a job log that indicates if there is an authentication issue.
It's also worth checking the history log to see if you can get a bead on any
others jobs initiated at the same time.

How do you know the passwords are the same - what happens if you enter the
user/password combination that is failing manually ? Have you consider
changing the password at both ends (i.e. windows and iSeries) to be sure
they are the same ? You may need to reboot after changing the windows
password to force it to try and make the connection with the new password
instead of some old cached copy.

I find these problems difficult to provide advice for...
