Websphere with the compare RSE extension is BRILLIANT
It will put the 2 sources side by side and block/highlight the difference
between them that you can skip to the next one, and whichever is the first
in line, will be where it moves to

I have a large number of programs that I need to compare for
changes, but do not want to flag lines as changed if the only
difference is the comment area.
