The simplest way to find out is to ask that certain user what big download
he uses.

I think it is is the "get data from as/400"-option in Client Access, so the
definition may be stored local on his workstation/PC.

Apparently he has made a query in Client Access without knowing the
performance hog he has created or with a little knowledge of SQL.
