How do I capture the performance data. I have performance tools installed.

You have to capture performance data from a group of users and multiply
from there.

You cannot just say x times # of users. The workloads vary too much. For
example, suppose you're in a shop that has options like: Fxx=Process
immediately, Fyy=Submit to batch and everyone does Fxx, then you would
have a different load than a shop that figured out a way to disable Fxx.
Same thing if you did a CHGCMD to disallow RUNQRY to run in an interactive
session.

But, yes, if you do capture the data then there are tools to do
projections.
