The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.

Remove that logical and I bet it goes away. System is probably
scanning looking for the unprocessed records.
But this is an insert. I assume (I know :-) that he's inserting into the
physical, and it shouldn't matter anyway. Also, if it's a DYNSLT logical
then there's no hit at insert time as the selection is done at read
time, if it's static select then there's index maintenance, but that
wouldn't show as a table scan, in fact I don't think that shows at all.
Still makes no sense, a table-scan is not part of an insert. Something
is missing.
