After you get all the facts, it would be great for the archives to have
a "after incident" report and what would have helped/hurt the situation.
I have often thought it would great to have a single place where "major"
events could be recorded along with the "answer" to the problem.
I have found that following a rather involved incident through several
days of threads and hijacked threads is a tough way to see what happened.
A incident that took 3 days should certainly be reported in detail.
