What did you use? Looks like a screen-copy of some sort--I mean why would you include the SEU command line and function key lines when you're trying to show only the DDS?

E-mail programs often reformat text so it fits within some line limit (don't recall if it's part of an RFC or just "the way things are") about 70-odd characters long so it's best if you can fit your stuff within that to avoid wrapping.

Use an emulator that can copy screen areas rather than only lines (e.g., PC5250) and omit the useless** sequence number and date changed fields from the copy. Only include the actual DDS and copy- and-paste that.

Also, make sure you send as plain-text e-mail in a fixed-width font rather than the fluff and nonsense that is so-called rich-text e-mail or worse HTML e-mail.

**Useless when pasting examples but quite useful in your own development environment but try explaining that to dweebs from other environments where such source information is not tracked.

Simon Coulter.
