I downloaded the latest PTF's yesterday and it I had the email about 30 minutes after submitting it.

About how long should I be waiting to get the email that my FTP is ready for my PTFs? Is anyone else having issues with Fix Central lately?
I got the email that the request was submitted. I checked the status and I see that the status is Shipped. But I haven't received the email with the URL and credentials.
