After getting an obscure error ordering a large number of miscellaneous
fixes at Fix Central it was recommended to me that I do not use the
combination under "Ordering options" of
"Connect to my system and continue ordering. Select additional options
below."
and
"Order all PTFs so they can be applied to multiple systems".
It was recommended to me that if I was ordering for multiple systems then
I should only use:
"Do not connect to my system and continue ordering. Select additional
options below."
and
"Include requisite PTFs".

I just wasn't in the mood to fire up a trace to help determine the cause
of the obscure message. Sorry folks. IBM was telling me that even if I
did select multiple systems it will still connect to my system and
determine the status of ptf's. We went round and round on why would it
check one system when ordering for multiple. Finally he did the smart
thing and put the burden on me to participate with the trace. That's when
I settled for the workaround. Sorry again.
