Small world!! With Linux NFS shares mounted on the ISeries will it allow

I think I've looked at this before too. The help for CRTIMGCLG says
the file system has to be one of:
1. "root" (/)
2. QOpenSys
3. User_defined file systems (UDFSs) that support *TYPE2 files.
No mention of NFS. I just tried using a directory on an NFS mount and
it came back with
CRTIMGCLG IMGCLG(LINUXTEST) DIR('/mnt/linux/test')
Unable to determine absolute path name.
Image catalog LINUXTEST was not created in library QUSRSYS
Message . . . . : Unable to determine absolute path name.
Cause . . . . . : An error was encountered while determining the absolute
path name for path /mnt/linux/test. Error number 3025 was received.
Recovery . . . : Make sure the directory resides in a file system supported
by the image catalog commands. Correct the path name, and then try the
request again.
Which does suggest it won't work :(
