Do you have to have this library as the PRDLIB entry? Can you create a
different job, and add the needed libraries to the user LIBL as needed?

No. This is an ongoing situation that I want to resolve. I can't change
the command on a permanent basis.

I do want the product library on the library list ... because the command
accesses uses objects in the library. I just want to figure out a way to
get a library on the system library list as part of the submit command.
