Then you are getting to a routing issues and complete work management.
Start with a job description. Change system library list from *SYSVAL
to *CURRENT and change the system library list before submitting the
command. Can this new library be in the system library list for all?

Can you create a subsystem for these jobs? If so, you can add a system
library list in the subsystem description.

If not, you will need to check out routing entries and all.

No. This is an ongoing situation that I want to resolve. I can't
change the command on a permanent basis.

I do want the product library on the library list ... because the
command accesses uses objects in the library. I just want to figure out
a way to get a library on the system library list as part of the submit
command.
