The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

We had to completely restore our system on V5R3 from a 21 tape save.
After the restore, the system shows that the software is installed, but
claims the secure sockets cannot be started.
Checking the Digital Certificate Manager part of the *ADMIN web server gives
the following:
You must install one of the cryptographic access provider products on your
system before using the Digital Certificate Manager (DCM) functions. Contact
your system administrator.
Any advice on how to fix this quickly? This is affecting our web server
(which won't even start) and all the TCP/IP telnet connections to our
system.
I've done a temporary work-around by changing all links for critical use to
use the unsecured sockets on an alternate webserver config.
