ping & traceroute can reach host. TCP is configured correctly. Telnet from another server to this server no problem. The problem only occurs in iSeries Client Access connection.

This is a socket time-out condition. Can you find the host
via ping
and traceroute? Are the host servers started? Is TCP
correctly
configured on the PC in question?
