It should be, but the IPL is a job in and of itself. Wouldn't the contents
of it's QTEMP library go away when finished?

If you need those objects later, you might want to think about putting them
in a special library and refer to them as needed.

Out of a little more than idle curiosity, is QTEMP available during IPL? I
want to put a function in our IPL startup procedure, and I would prefer
creating the files and user spaces in QTEMP so that I didn't have to bother
with even thinking about whether or not they already existed.
