Static content. Photo and video albums. Advertisements. Even individual profile data doesn't change much. So who knows whether they dynamically regenerate each page each time a request is made, or not? One alternative would be to periodically generate and store static pages. And even static pages may trigger subsequent requests to a server via AJAX, during an onload or timer event.

Comments posted to friends, are dynamic. But even comments become history, which isn't changed. So you could periodically output them to static pages, too. And refer requests to them. But who knows their actual methods?
