The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Ditto. Thought it would be a great way to do tech support (another excuse not to get out of my chair) by watching what the user was entering. But because of the lag, as Nick said, it didn't work for that. It can save the screen shots to a file, which might help with documentation, but I never went that route.
